Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed.
  • Input, edit, distribute, correct, and/or verify complex application and contract data.
  • Resolve escalated issues from internal and external customers.
  • Assist in identifying, recommending, and implementing operational improvements.
  • Participate in performance-management related tasks, including assigning workflow, compiling departmental stats, and monitoring call volumes.

Requirements

  • Requires advanced knowledge within a specific discipline, typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education.
  • Requires 5 years minimum mortgage servicing experience.
  • May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.

Education

High School Diploma or GED Required

Skills

  • Complete knowledge of the products, policies, and processes related to the unit assigned.
  • Complete knowledge of banking operations.
