Training and Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced training professional to make a significant impact on employee development and retention within a service-oriented organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of field technicians and service business personnel.
- Develop Engaging Training Materials: Create effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids, to support the learning needs of employees.
- Lead Onboarding Programs: Develop and enhance comprehensive onboarding programs aimed at improving retention, particularly focusing on employees in their first 12 months of employment.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with HR team and management teams to identify and address retention challenges, implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Deliver Training Sessions: Deliver training sessions in various formats, such as instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, and self-paced modules, ensuring content is delivered effectively and consistently.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Develop metrics and assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Align Training with Business Goals: Partner with key stakeholders across departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and leadership development, with a strong background in designing and delivering training programs.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience or exposure to service-oriented businesses, particularly those with field technicians or similar roles.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving organizational objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to think strategically and align training initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with flexibility to adjust to changing business needs.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
