The Ethics and Compliance Training Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Ethics & Compliance Team at Toyota Material Handling. This position is dedicated to developing, implementing, and overseeing training and communication initiatives that align with the organization's mission and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Support: Collaborate with the Ethics & Compliance Team and various stakeholders to enhance the program's mission and operational priorities.
- Training Needs Assessment: Evaluate compliance training requirements based on key performance indicators and the annual Ethics & Compliance strategy.
- Training Material Development: Design and create engaging compliance training materials, including presentations and e-learning modules, ensuring they effectively communicate company values and regulatory requirements.
- In-Person Training Coordination: Assist in delivering in-person training sessions and monitor attendance to ensure compliance.
- Training Effectiveness Monitoring: Develop and implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and ensure timely completion of all compliance training.
- Communications Strategy: Work with team members to design and execute a comprehensive compliance communications strategy that raises awareness of ethics and compliance policies.
- Informative Materials Creation: Produce newsletters, email communications, and intranet updates to disseminate important compliance information to employees.
- Impact Assessment: Create metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Risk Awareness: Stay informed about changes in compliance-related risks and adapt training and communication strategies accordingly.
- Website Management: Assist in maintaining the internal Ethics & Compliance Team website, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- 7-8+ years of experience in ethics and compliance, training, or communication roles.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering effective training programs and communication materials.
- Strong understanding of ethics and compliance programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms.
This role requires a dedicated professional with a commitment to fostering a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization.
