Position Overview:

Manfredi Jewels, a distinguished independent retailer in the luxury watch and jewelry sector, is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, overseeing all aspects from concept development to content execution and performance analysis.
  • Foster and cultivate online communities across various platforms, enhancing customer interaction and brand perception.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring the creation, scheduling, and dissemination of engaging daily posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and X, with a goal of increasing audience engagement and driving traffic.
  • Create and edit high-quality video content that reflects the brand's identity and standards.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design monthly newsletters and promotional materials for special occasions and featured collections.

Brand Stewardship:

  • Implement and uphold brand standards for key partnerships, ensuring consistency in content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement.
  • Work closely with in-store teams to capture genuine content that enhances brand loyalty.

Creative Content Development:

  • Lead the creation of digital media content, focusing on social media and video production.
  • Utilize design tools to craft visually striking posts, stories, and promotional materials, including emails and banners.

Inventory Oversight:

  • Manage e-commerce inventory, making daily adjustments to product listings.
  • Enhance product presentation on the website, improving visuals, descriptions, and tags to maximize sales potential.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Additional Duties:

  • Respond to inquiries on social media in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to initiate new marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain records for promotional placements and prioritize tasks based on brand needs.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including MS Office Suite, e-commerce platforms, and design software.
