This role is pivotal in shaping the firm's marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and executing comprehensive product marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, social media engagement, and alternative investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support North American client sales and marketing initiatives, focusing on investor servicing and relationship management.
  • Enhance the firm's capital raising efforts and improve the overall investor experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities and provide insightful market analysis.
  • Develop marketing collateral and pitch materials that effectively communicate the firm's investment propositions.
  • Create detailed pitch books and preliminary financial models to assist in client prospecting and trade marketing.
  • Prepare Due Diligence presentations that clearly outline potential investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-regional teams to produce impactful marketing materials, including sales pitch books, strategy documents, client reviews, conference presentations, and educational resources.
  • Work closely with team members at all levels to ensure the accuracy and consistency of portfolio data across various marketing platforms.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to refine the strategic vision by gathering field feedback and collaborating with internal partners.
  • Provide ad hoc data research and analytical support as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Private Wealth Management, Investor Relations, or a related field within Financial Services or Private Equity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce and Excel (including modeling and formulas).
  • Technical expertise in data analytics utilizing CRMs (Salesforce) and proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage effectively with all levels of management.
  • FINRA Series 7/66 (or 63) certification is required.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Innovative thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
