Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of federal and multi-state tax filings for corporations, individuals, trusts, and nonprofit organizations.
  • Compilation, review, and auditing of financial statements.
  • Review, adjust, and finalize financial records for small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Provide assistance to clients using QuickBooks.
  • Oversee specific client engagements.
  • Daily interaction and consultation with clients.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing in-house training.
  • Limited local travel for client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA designation is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in public accounting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and CCH ProSystem Tax is preferred.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000
