This role is pivotal in executing product marketing strategies, managing comprehensive business plans, and refining the firm's marketing narrative and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in digital marketing, social media engagement, product communication, and alternative investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support North American client sales and marketing initiatives, investor servicing, and client relationship management.
  • Enhance the firm's capital raising efforts and improve the investor experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Develop marketing collateral and pitch materials related to the firm's investment offerings.
  • Create pitch books and preliminary financial models for client prospecting and trade marketing.
  • Prepare Due Diligence presentations to highlight investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams across various regions to produce impactful marketing materials, including sales pitch books, strategy documents, client reviews, conference presentations, and educational resources for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with team members at all levels to ensure the accuracy and consistency of portfolio data across marketing platforms.
  • Identify strategic enhancement opportunities by gathering field feedback and collaborating with organizational partners.
  • Provide ad hoc data research and analysis as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Private Wealth Management, Investor Relations, or a related field within Financial Services or Private Equity Alternative Asset Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Salesforce and Excel (including modeling and formulas).
  • Technical expertise in data analytics using CRMs (Salesforce) and presentation skills using PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with all management levels.
  • FINRA Series 7/66 (or 63) certification is required.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Innovative and creative mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
