About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for following up on inquiries from our websites, social media, and mass media advertising and marketing campaigns to set appointments for our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate contact with potential customers to set appointments for our sales teams
  • Follow up on leads from various sources, including websites, social media, and mass media advertising
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth sales process
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
What We Offer
  • Inbound leads from internet and call-in inquiries
  • Monday through Friday work week, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Health benefits, life insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays
  • Bonus and commission structure with potential to earn $50,000-$55,000 per year
