As a key member of the FFP team, the Human Resources Director will oversee all aspects of the Human Resources Department. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement workforce planning and talent strategies.

- Assist in recruitment, new hire orientation, and employee services, including onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Participate in mergers and acquisitions due diligence and special projects, providing HR expertise and support.
**Requirements:**
- 7-10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Professional HR certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is highly desired.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented and organized approach.
