Job Summary

As a Senior Director of Human Resources Operations, you will lead and collaborate with human resource employees on recruitment, total compensation, employee relations, and training and development. Your primary objective will be to execute against objectives outlined in the Human Resource Business Plan and deliver services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage legal and compliance practices, ensuring terminated employee files are retained for the required length of time, and compliance on all human resource audits.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all progressive disciplinary action is kept in employee files and compliance with key policies (e.g., Sexual Harassment, Non-Harassment, Non-Discrimination, No Solicitation).
  • Work with the unemployment services provider to respond to unemployment claims, attend unemployment hearings, and ensure proper representation.
  • Ensure employees are treated fairly and equitably, and that issues are brought to resolution.
  • Administer property policies fairly and consistently, and ensure disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) and support the Peer Review Process.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
Benefits
