We seek individuals who are self-driven, adaptable, and capable of following directives while setting and achieving personal and professional goals.

A genuine servant's heart and a positive attitude, especially in challenging situations, are essential.

Applicants must be, or be willing to become, a member of Blueprint 30.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the entire property.

- Serve as the primary liaison for all external facilities and grounds service providers.

- Manage room arrangements for events and meetings as instructed, including adjusting HVAC settings.

- Respond to emergencies and conduct assessments, collaborating closely with the Director of Administrative Ministries to devise solutions when necessary.

- Develop and implement a routine maintenance schedule.

- Assume responsibility for repairs related to electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting when feasible. For issues beyond our capabilities, engage the appropriate contractors.

- Maintain an adequate supply of janitorial materials.

- Ensure the security of the building.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and operating a Genie lift.
