Leasing Specialist Role

At Campus Apartments, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our property, ensuring customer satisfaction, fiscal stability, and good physical condition.

Responsibilities:

Assist with leasing efforts to ensure full lease-up and maintenance of high occupancy levels
Ensure accurate records of availability and compatibility with lease renewal reports
Approve, enter, and present rental applications to the General Manager for execution
Manage property licenses and renewal processes, liaising with legal counsel and the City
Assist with check-out processes, ensuring compliance with final account statement requirements
Ensure leases and resident check-ins are accurate and efficient
Investigate and respond to resident concerns and complaints in a timely manner
Assist in preparing weekly reports on property performance as required
Develop and implement advertising and marketing programs to position the property in the marketplace
Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, employees, and vendors

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance (preferred)
Ability to operate various office equipment and software
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of Entrata (preferred)
