Overview: Join our team at The QTI Group as an Electrical Production Technician. We are offering a competitive $2500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. The successful applicant will possess experience in electrical assembly, soldering, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. This position is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity on the first shift, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Compensation begins at $17 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble basic point-to-point wiring harnesses according to schematics and instructions, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Utilize essential hand tools effectively, including crimpers, power screwdrivers, solder pots, rulers, and other machinery.
  • Recognize and categorize wires using basic color coding techniques.
  • Complete all required documentation related to the assembly process.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is preferred.
  • A commitment to learning and professional growth within the organization.
  • Additional skills that are beneficial include soldering, assembly, and wiring expertise.
