Production Assembly Technician

This growing organization is seeking to expand its workforce. As the company continues to thrive, they are in search of both entry-level and experienced individuals who possess a positive attitude to contribute to their operations.

Shift Options:
1st Shift: Monday through Friday 6:15 AM - 2:45 PM
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or Monday through Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Compensation:
1st Shift: $ /Hour based on experience
2nd and 3rd Shift: $ /Hour based on experience

Benefits:
8 paid holidays annually & an attendance bonus of up to $500
40 hours per week - Overtime Available
Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Life, Vision, Paid Holidays, etc.

The roles available are in production for a company specializing in the manufacturing of plastic and silicone components.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Relevant or extensive work history
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Capability to pass a basic math assessment
  • High School Diploma or GED required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Measuring, gluing, and inspecting components
  • Operating molds in and out of machinery
  • Logging into the computer system to retrieve basic production data each shift
  • Removing components with dexterity from molds
  • Conducting visual inspections of items as they are extracted from molds
  • Performing small hand assembly of parts
  • Completing essential production documentation
  • Lifting 15-20 lbs occasionally
