Job Overview

NexusTek is a leading provider of managed IT services, and we're seeking a skilled Client Executive to join our team. As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for researching, constructing, and closing complex IT offerings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Propose multi-offering or complex IT outsourcing solutions, and present compelling value propositions aligned with customers' desired business outcomes.
  • A strong understanding of the Managed IT Services model and the ability to sell technology solutions to multiple verticals.
  • Grow market share by locating, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities, including developing business relationships with prospects' key stakeholders.
  • Accurately forecast new business pipeline by using market insight within your region.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, product demonstrations, to deal closure and ongoing customer satisfaction through transition to their Account Manager.
  • Develop relationships with other complimentary business partners who may refer and introduce our Company into their client base.
  • Communicate to clients their client-specific value proposition and win strategy, with the confidence to ask for their business and execute a deal.
  • Partner with the senior leadership and technical services to deliver excellent service, during the prospect and onboarding phases.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge in the following technologies: Microsoft-based servers and workstations, Active Directory, MS Office 365, Network firewalls and managed switches, SAN Administration, Switching and routing.
  • Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
