International Tax Manager

Our International Tax practice is comprised of a borderless team of professionals across the U.S. and team members from over 140 Baker Tilly International member firms from around the globe.
Responsibilities:- Assist in providing compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational affluent families, family offices, and their private businesses and/or investment entities.
- Review complex individual, partnership, S-corp, trust, estate, gift, and state tax returns.
- Analyze international holdings for disclosure purposes and assist clients with planning around foreign assets and minimizing global taxation.
- Work on multiple engagements that deliver proactive tax planning and strategic consulting, including inbound planning, expatriation & exit tax planning, and asset structuring.
- Build on technical competence by keeping up-to-date on trends, developments, and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations.
- Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.
- Effectively manage engagements to deliver high-quality results.
- Must be located near a Baker Tilly office location, with East coast preferred.
- Private Wealth experience is required.
