The RoleAs a Senior Manager in our Private Client Services (PCS) practice, you'll oversee multiple engagement teams for a wide range of sophisticated clients, including some of the wealthiest families in the US, family offices, owner-operated business entities, alternative investment fund principals, trusts, and estates.
You'll engage in business development activities, maintain communication with clients, conduct primary and secondary review of complex tax returns, draft technical tax memoranda, supervise train, mentor, and evaluate interns, associates, and senior associates, and receive formal PCS and on-the-job training in daily interactions with top tax leaders.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive base compensation, a benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics. For individuals hired to work in New York City, the expected salary range for this role is $145,000 to $248,200.

RequirementsWe're looking for individuals with 6+ years of relevant work experience in an accounting firm, with at least 5 years of Private Client experience. A Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Advanced credentials allowing for client representation before the Internal Revenue Service are required.
You should be a self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficient use of technology is also essential.
