The RoleAs a Senior Tax Manager, you'll oversee multiple engagement teams for a wide range of sophisticated clients, including some of the wealthiest families in the US, family offices, and owner-operated business entities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in business development activities, such as preparing proposals and presenting in webinars
- Maintaining communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and meet deadlines
- Conducting primary and secondary review of complex tax returns, including federal and state filings
- Drafting technical tax memoranda
- Supervising, training, and mentoring interns, associates, and senior associates
We offer competitive base compensation, a benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics. For individuals hired to work in New York City, the expected salary range for this role is $115,000 to $197,100.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in an accounting firm, with at least 3 years of Private Client experience
- A bachelor's and/or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced credential allowing for IRS client representation, such as a CPA or JD
- Self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficient use of technology
