Join Our Team as a Project Manager at Primoris USA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Primoris USA. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our gas operations projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in gas distribution and pipeline construction, with excellent analytical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be responsible for prioritizing and planning work activities to be effective and efficient, and for maintaining a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal/external).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of gas operations projects
  • Report to and assist Division Manager
  • Participate in meetings, in person preferred
  • Daily huddles with direct project team (Super/FM/Field Engineers)
  • Real-time feedback for direct reports
  • Weekly dialogue around performance
  • Office & Field support
  • Field Reports - Review HCSS Daily Reports submitted by Foreman for accuracy
Requirements
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude
  • Communication with the Project Teams (Operations / Controls / Admin / Estimating)
  • Valid Driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Previous experience in Gas Distribution, preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to be effective and efficient
  • Must be comfortable and effective working in an environment with changing demands, delays and responding to unexpected situations
  • Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $100,000-150,000/year, depending on experience.
