Job Title: Patient Service Coordinator

Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, a leading provider of cancer care in Colorado, is seeking an experienced Patient Service Coordinator to join our team at the Englewood clinic (Swedish Medical Center Campus).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced clinical environment. The Patient Service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, providers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and manage patient schedules in a high-volume clinic setting.
  • Cancel or reschedule appointments as needed, notifying patients and clinic personnel.
  • Arrange for patients to receive financial counseling and support.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Proficiency in practice management systems and electronic medical records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
