We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at AdventHealth Rocky Mountain. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to healthcare teams, including reception, telephone, medical records, charge entry, referrals, and retrieval of medical information.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, revise appointments as needed, and follow up with patients who have not kept appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient charts and records, including importing and communicating scanned documents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience demonstrating basic office and computer skills, filing, telephone answering, reception, and basic knowledge of computer software.
