Position Summary:
The Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring resident satisfaction within the apartment community. This position supports daily operations to guarantee that all events and service requests are addressed promptly and professionally. The role operates on a 24/7 basis in certain locations, specifically covering evening shifts in others. Responsibilities include serving as the hospitality ambassador, being the first point of contact for residents, visitors, prospects, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will possess enthusiasm and an outgoing personality, coupled with a strong customer service orientation. This role is designed to meet residents' requests, inquiries, and needs, act as a liaison to the management office, and assist in apartment leasing (including providing information, conducting tours, and handling calls) during off-hours as necessary.

Work Schedule: Overnight Shift, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (7 pm to 7 am)

Employment Type: Full-time Position with Excellent Benefits.

Compensation: $19/hr + bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet residents and guests warmly as they enter the premises.
  • Maintain regular communication with residents through newsletters and community updates.
  • Familiarize yourself with local attractions and amenities to provide recommendations.
  • Participate in marketing events to enhance community engagement.
  • Distribute brochures, floor plans, and other materials to prospective clients.
  • Complete guest cards, offer mini-tours, and represent leasing during off-hours.
  • Retrieve packages for residents and provide refreshments as needed.
  • Keep the Concierge Binder organized and up to date.
  • Ensure the front lobby is stocked with magazines, maps, and other resources.
  • Maintain a tidy and orderly front desk and lobby area.
  • Prepare incident reports and related documentation.
  • Adhere to established fair housing policies.
  • Communicate professionally with co-workers, management, residents, vendors, and external contacts.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding all co-workers, management, residents, and vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of college education, along with social media, customer service, and writing skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the week.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to resolve minor issues while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
