Key Responsibilities- Act as a single point of contact for all visitors and in-house associates, providing assistance with workstations and conference room bookings.
- Develop and maintain a collaborative environment among office associates through events and personal introductions.
- Effectively communicate with the onsite operations team to ensure accurate booking of working space.
- Solve space or amenities-related issues to ensure an elevated user experience.
- Manage the email distribution list and respond to queries in a timely manner, escalating service-related matters to the onsite client.
- Work with client-provided Space Management Tool and Property Management Tool.
- Observe floor operations, user behaviors, and suggest strategic changes to enhance the experience on the floor.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted hospitality environment.
- Proven record of managing and delivering an enhanced guest experience.
- Hospitality degree preferred.
- Fluent in more than one language preferred, in verbal communication and writing.
