Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented administrative professional to support our team in the role of Administrative Assistant. This pivotal position involves serving as the primary point of contact for coordinating client intake appointments and providing exceptional support to attorneys and paralegals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with scheduling appointments and initial consultations while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Answer phones, direct callers to the appropriate team member, and maintain calendars for various team members
  • Provide daily support to paralegals and attorneys to ensure quality, time, and efficiency standards are met
  • Perform general operational tasks, including copying, scanning, mailing, assisting drop-in clients, filing paperwork, and handling voice mail messages
  • Prepare client invoices and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by responding promptly to all client calls, questions, or inquiries
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • AA or BA/BS preferred
  • Personable, welcoming attitude, and excellent communication skills
  • Loves technology and learning new software; navigates computer programs with ease
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a team player with a great sense of humor
