Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management for our team of consultants.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients and address their needs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and events, handling logistics such as venue and catering.
  • Assist in client projects by preparing proposals, presentations, and managing invoicing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems and support project success.
  • Undertake special projects with tight deadlines.
  • Provide front desk coverage, including phone answering, visitor greeting, and mail management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in office software and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized, professional, and dependable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
