Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee executive schedules, including arranging meetings, coordinating travel logistics, and managing both personal and professional appointments.
  • Facilitate and support meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-stocked, organized, and inviting for both employees and visitors.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including cleaning services.
  • Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings, including booking conference rooms, arranging catering, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team, ensuring timely completion.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative workplace by fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, including support for multiple executives.
  • Proficient in arranging complex travel and navigating different time zones, with experience in executive support and office management.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Notion is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A proactive approach, strong organizational skills, resilience in changing environments, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

Linktree is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. The anticipated cash compensation for this role is targeted between $85,000 and $118,000. Final offer amounts will be determined based on various factors, including candidate expertise and the scope of the role.
