Job Title: Executive Assistant to CMO

Autodesk is a leader in the design and creation of innovative technologies. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CMO's schedule, coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and assist with budget management.
  • Help manage departmental budgets and expenses, tracking spending and generating expense reports.
  • Drive the rhythm of the business, working closely with the Chief of Staff to manage agendas, notes, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Lead and execute team events, socials, offsite meetings, and conferences, scheduling logistics and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison for assigned executives, relaying and exchanging information with senior leaders, customers, and clients.
  • Anticipate the executive's needs, proactively assembling resources to solve problems.
  • Field incoming requests, exercising strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure efficient communication between teams.
  • Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities, meeting deadlines.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide backup support for other administrative assistants in the department.
  • Cultivate culture and community within the team, having a pulse on team morale and needs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6+ years' experience providing administrative support to C-level executives.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, at least 25%.
  • Proven ability to interact professionally with executives, customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Extraordinary time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
What We Offer:

Autodesk offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting base salary between $83,000 and $143,220, annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
