Position Overview

The Regional Manager is a key leadership position within Sunridge Management's Residential Management operation. This critical role serves as the leader in quality control for our on-site operation, driving business growth and profitability. The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple apartment communities, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the operation of multiple apartment communities to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with on-site managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful property operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in apartment management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to model and demonstrate company operational practices and policies.
  • Experience with industry-related programs such as OneSite, Yardi, and Bluemoon.
  • Knowledge of Texas property code laws and regulations.
