About the Role

The Regional Vice President is a key leadership position responsible for driving growth, capturing costs, and meeting financial targets in their respective region. This role requires a strong leader who can develop high-performing teams, create a positive culture, and drive operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of general management experience with P&L responsibilities, preferably exceeding $150 million. They will possess a proven ability to create and execute growth strategies, cultivate client relationships, and establish credibility to lead a team of seasoned managers.

The Regional Vice President will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the region, including inspirational leadership, recruitment, and motivation of employees at all levels. They will also collaborate with indirect resources to enhance partnerships, share information, and utilize skills across the division and other business lines.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding trends and practices impacting the industry and marketplace, and will be able to articulate a compelling vision and direction that inspires others to follow.

  • Pursuing new revenue streams and evaluating their value, continuously assessing opportunities to enhance profitability, improving margins, and establishing a sustainable holistic competitive advantage.
  • Inspirational leadership and recruitment through coaching, motivation, and mentorship that builds an effective cross-functional team.
  • Actively participating in strategic planning, development of competitive financial margins, and quality audits to ensure operational excellence across the regional portfolio.
  • Creating efficient and timely quality metrics to ensure accountability and drive performance.
  • Leveraging internal resources and collaborating with internal teams to achieve objectives.
  • Continuously enhancing team culture by prioritizing service excellence and fostering engagement through customer satisfaction and employee resources.
