About the Role

The Regional Business Manager is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing the global and regional strategy for Reverse Logistics at Amazon Devices. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, product lifecycles, and consumer electronics returns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing strategic visions, converting insights into strategy, and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically. Experience working within cross-cultural teams, leading projects/initiatives across a matrix organization, and driving toward consensus is essential.

The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for leading the sourcing and selection of one or more Reverse Logistics suppliers, overseeing contract management, adherence to agreements, delivery performance, cost control, and social responsibility. This role demands excellent relationship-building skills to engage, influence, and negotiate with both suppliers and internal stakeholders at Sr. Executive levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the global and regional strategy for Reverse Logistics
  • Lead the sourcing and selection of Reverse Logistics suppliers
  • Oversee contract management, adherence to agreements, delivery performance, cost control, and social responsibility
  • Build collaborative, long-term relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and address issues effectively
Requirements
  • Professional Degree (Bachelor's degree)
  • 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically
  • Experience working within cross-cultural teams and leading projects/initiatives across a matrix organization
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a bias for action
