About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Power and Policy to join our team. This individual will work closely with corporate executives to develop power and policy plans, site location growth plans, and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with corporate executives and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.
  • Develop and implement power and site selection policies and initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Manage multiple initiative workstreams, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the organization.
  • Analyze internal and external information to develop strategic recommendations and drive business decisions.
  • Foster open, respectful, and professional communication within the team and across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 4 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, energy, economic development, or policy field.
  • Exceptional analytical ability, communication skills, and work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Advanced level of analysis and presentation development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Work Environment

This job operates in a remote/office environment. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 20 pounds.

Location and Travel

This position is based in Austin, Texas, with the option to work remotely. Domestic travel is required, approximately 10-20% of the time.
