The Subscriber Protection division is in search of a Senior Manager of Technology Solutions to collaborate with a team of security product specialists committed to delivering superior protections for our clientele. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing a multifaceted environment, applying your organizational expertise and meticulous attention to detail. Your ability to convey technical concepts clearly and succinctly to stakeholders will be essential.
As a Senior Manager of Technology Solutions, you will assume various responsibilities, functioning as both a project coordinator and a program manager as required. You will facilitate discussions, assess technical viability, conceptualize solutions, and devise delivery strategies for intricate challenges. Working alongside business stakeholders to prioritize projects and outline solution methodologies within operational processes will be a significant aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will engage closely with diverse technology teams to guarantee the design and implementation of effective solutions that fulfill business needs.
This role involves a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration
- Engage with business and technical teams to steer strategy, prioritize projects, and set objectives
- Develop high-level solution design presentations for executive review
- Act as a subject matter expert for current functionalities
Project Oversight
- Lead initial activities, including the breakdown of business requirements and technical scope
- Define the technology strategy for business process initiatives
- Provide technical guidance for complex projects
- Facilitate the delivery of technology solutions within operational frameworks
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical solution challenges
- Oversee technical solution delivery for initiatives
Relationship and Team Management
- Manage relationships with business partners on significant initiatives
- Lead solution design across various domain teams
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure project alignment
- Oversee business requests from inception to completion for core systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related technical field
Experience:
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to communicate technical and functional solutions effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
