Job Summary

The Director of Sales/Marketing will be responsible for building and training a team, while working to build and maintain the area's census and drive referral and admission goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building Positive Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with key referral partners and influencers in the community through marketing initiatives and messaging.
  • Relationship Development: Develop relationships with established referral partners and recruit new contacts and referral sources.
  • Recruitment and Negotiation: Recruit and negotiate with physicians to build strong relationships.
  • Marketing Strategy: Create and execute an outcome-based marketing strategy and plans to drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • Leadership Skills: Possess great leadership skills with the ability to inspire trust and confidence in others.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate small-group presentations.
  • Relationship Building: Possess strong relationships with referral sources in the market(s) of service.
  • Education: A BS/BA degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Track Record: Possess a successful track record of identifying and building local relationships.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with little direction.
  • Customer Service: Possess excellent customer service skills with a desire to build and nurture relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new applications.
