Job Summary:

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Senior Capture Manager to lead high-value capture opportunities in the Defense and Intelligence sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, capture strategy, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute capture strategies for high-value opportunities (>$100M) in the DoD and Intelligence Community
  • Lead cross-functional teams to secure new business opportunities and grow existing relationships
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop solutions that impact strategic project/program goals and business results
  • Recommend and implement new solutions, processes, and policies to drive business growth and success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 13+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in capturing/winning large business development programs (>$50M Total Contract Value)
  • Demonstrated skills in opportunity qualification, capture strategy, customer visits, customer relationship development, team leadership, and competitive pricing strategies
  • Eligibility for a Secret clearance with ability to attain a Top Secret SCI

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience with DoD, NRO, and NGA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Development of competitive pricing strategies and associated cost proposal materials experience in fixed price, completion type, or similar
  • In-scope Top Secret SCI with polygraph or Active Top Secret with ability to attain SCI with polygraph
