About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Forecasting Specialist to join our team at ApTask. As a Forecasting Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing work streams and resources to optimize appointment offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and validate data to inform forecasting models.
  • Forecast Modeling: Develop and maintain forecast models for the Network workforce, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information from multiple sources.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Field Network team to support Field Management in all Regions.
  • Implementation: Lead the implementation of the Forecast System, including detail forecast modeling.
Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with all areas and levels of business.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and TEAM.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a multi-tasking, result-oriented position in a deadline-focused business.
