About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at PRC Resources. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing and new well construction clients through effective proposals and sales methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Increase new sales volume through direct sales efforts, collaborating with the sales team, cold calling on key clients, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Technical Degree or Diploma: A technical degree or diploma is preferred, but not required.
  • Proven Sales Management Experience: A proven track record of success in sales management, ideally in the oilfield industry, is required.
  • Oilfield Experience: Comprehensive oilfield experience is preferred, or the ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of oilfield technical knowledge.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft 365 and able to handle multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
