Business Development Manager

Vindara is seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive seed sales and expand our customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with growers, partners, and customers to promote and coordinate the sale of our innovative seeds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Vindara seeds to our current customers and the commercial market.
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with customers, growers, and partners to promote and coordinate profitable sales of Vindara's seeds.
  • Record and analyze customer sales-related data and report back to the President.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest news and affairs in the vertical indoor farming space.
  • Perform other related duties and/or special projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Agronomy/Agriculture-related field preferred.
  • Previous working experience in agriculture or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience/knowledge in a variety of marketing strategies for company sale growth.
  • Willingness to learn if the individual has no prior experience in agriculture.
  • Approximately 25% of travel.
