Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical & Warranty Support Rep I to join our team at Fluidra North America. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and warranty services to our customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat software to resolve customer issues.
  • Process warranty claims and authorize service work to be performed by independent service companies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals and tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with product training and technical knowledge to provide accurate and effective support.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
  • Ability to type 50 WPM.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a technical aptitude with an electrical or mechanical background.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools.
