Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Event Manager to join our team at Hotel Resource. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
  • Identify, qualify, and solicit new business opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Manage and develop relationships with key customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Act as liaison between the hotel and customer throughout the event sales process
  • Monitor hotel's position within assigned market(s) and recommend changes as necessary
  • Represent company at various community organization meetings to promote hotels
Requirements
  • One to three years related experience in Food and Beverage/Catering (Banquet facility)
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Hotel software (CI/TY, MARSHA, Delphi) knowledge is preferred
  • Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
