Hotel Front Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at DelMonte Hotel Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a great guest and colleague experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct Front Office and Hospitality Department associates to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency.
- Interview, hire, and train new associates to meet the needs of our growing hotel.
- Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
- Appraise performance, reward excellence, and address any issues or concerns.
- Ensure proper cash and key control procedures are followed to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information on hotel policies and services.
- Attend staff meetings to discuss company policies, guest feedback, and ways to improve service and operations.
- Perform Front Desk and PM Hospitality duties as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service in PM Hospitality.
- Ensure food sanitation and proper food handling standards are followed at all times.
- Provide guests with information on available services and hours of operation.
- Ensure effective departmental communication through logs, daily stand-up meetings, and monthly department meetings.
- Implement and maintain all brand standards and initiatives.
- Perform administrative tasks, including forecasting room occupancy, maintaining department budget, monitoring service trends, processing payroll, and maintaining inventory.
- Maintain up-to-date records and files.
- Provide information on hotel hours and available services.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Front Office, lobby, and surrounding areas.
- Assist in checking fixtures, equipment, and conditions for proper operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related professional area.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven customer service and staff management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and complete tasks individually.
- Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
