We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at Amplify Recruiting. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and experience working with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and 1+ years' experience in successful sales and/or customer service roles is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities will include prospecting new business opportunities within your assigned sphere of influence, selling custom products within certain profit margins, and increasing sales volume within a group of clients through custom sales products and managing account penetration and securing new business. You will also be required to consistently manage and achieve sales quotas, and ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention through consistent, productive account in-person sales calls.

Competitive salary: $55,000-$75,000 per year. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
