Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Atlas Copco Compressors LLC - North America Customer Center. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing our market share in rotary screw air compressor, centrifugal air compressor, air treatment, and nitrogen generation product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in assigned area to grow Atlas Copco's market share.
  • Develop action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets.
  • Manage, call on, and sell products directly to customers in assigned area.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and establish rapport through maintaining regular contact with existing and new customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, introduce new products and upgrades, and study customer needs and coordinate customer service.
Requirements:
  • Four-year degree in engineering, business, or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience or customer service experience, industrial equipment sales preferred.
  • Must be self-directed and utilize company CRM system to log all sales visits and opportunities promptly.
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have proven business analysis skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
