Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with leading business prospects to deliver presentations and build lasting customer relationships
  • Educate potential buyers on our client's products, promotions, and services

  • Train with Senior Account Managers to develop full knowledge of marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and sales team goals
  • Review sale contracts, identify client concerns, and negotiate accounts through upselling products and services

  • Collaborate with fellow Account Manager Trainees, Sales Associates, and Marketing Representatives to ensure client needs are met
Requirements:
  • In Progress or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or related leadership role preferred
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to develop leadership qualities
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to team settings
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Reliable transportation to onsite location
