Job Title: Vice President, Strategy

At Publicis Health Media, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Strategy team as Vice President, Strategy. This hybrid role requires three days in-office each week and offers a unique opportunity to drive client success and growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will define daily functional management of client needs and lead the day-to-day work of the Strategy team. Reporting to the SVP or EVP of Strategy within the HCP group, this individual will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing media strategies that drive client growth and success
  • Leading a team of direct and indirect reports in onboarding, performance management, and training
  • Managing multiple accounts and transitioning between them to conduct activities such as media strategy development, timeline creation, and deliverable feedback
  • Providing input to clients to shape their marketing priorities and developing daily relationships with assigned brands
  • Overseeing overall media strategy, approach, and plan on each account, including media channel mix and budget allocation
  • Representing the interests of other capability teams in client and agency partner meetings
  • Collaborating with internal leaders to ensure strategic agreement of deliverables with client needs
  • Pushing for continuous improvement of self, team, and client deliverables
Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • 10+ years of media experience
  • 6+ years of management experience preferred
  • Deep cross-channel media knowledge and experience
  • Familiarity with standard media research and planning tools (e.g. Clear Decisions)
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • BA/BS; advanced degree a plus
