Client Relationship Consultant II - Float

Job Summary

The Client Relationship Consultant II - Float is responsible for traveling between designated branches to deliver exceptional, timely, and professional financial services to clients.

This role emphasizes client management and retention, while also facilitating introductions to key financial partners (such as Mortgage and Business Banking) to ensure clients have access to specialists who can assist them in reaching their financial objectives.

This position will engage in more significant lending and basic investment discussions, participating in intricate banking dialogues with clients.


Compensation Range:
$28.69

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance:

Contribute to team efforts aimed at achieving growth targets in financial metrics (such as deposits, loans, and non-interest income) and primary client acquisition.

Proactively identify and connect clients with the appropriate team member(s) to meet growth objectives and implement successful sales strategies.


Client Experience:
Ensure a positive client experience by addressing account inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively. Provide client engagement and education.

Achieve behavioral activity targets as established by Retail Leadership, which may include NextGen initiatives and marketing campaign follow-ups, as well as setting and completing weekly appointments.


Risk Management:
Accurately and compliantly execute all sales, service, and banking transactions. Aim for zero controllable losses.
Undertake moderately complex special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
Consistently comply with regulatory and compliance policies and standards relevant to the role, completing necessary compliance training. Adhere to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) is required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service and sales experience, particularly in the financial services sector, is required.
May require registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) in accordance with the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. NMLS registration can be completed after starting the position.
Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures is essential.
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
Familiarity with digital products and self-service technologies is advantageous.
