As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be a vital player in propelling the swift expansion of a leading fintech while assisting clients and uplifting team members.

Be prepared to travel extensively, meeting clients face-to-face in your designated territory and conducting merchant visits each month.


Manage relationships with Merchant Partners:
act as a trusted, strategic advisor focused on growth, fostering long-term relationships with our clients.
Become proficient in our offerings: assist merchant partners in attracting more customers by promoting Snap programs and initiatives.
Gather and relay feedback and suggestions to Snap support and product teams.
Utilize relationship management techniques and sales data to identify additional revenue opportunities within your merchant portfolio.
Organize and conduct "field training" sessions with our merchants and their staff.
Collaborate closely with the Area Sales Manager to strategize on merchant account objectives. You...

Possess 1+ years of experience in outside account management, or we are open to training entry-level candidates with less experience – strong interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills are essential.

Must reside in or near the designated territory and have knowledge of local businesses.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is required.
Maintain a professional demeanor with merchants – your attire, verbal, and written communication are crucial for representing Snap at the highest standards.
