Position Overview:

Become a vital part of the IMPACT 211 team, our 24/7 Contact Center, as a Community Support Resource Coordinator Intern. In this capacity, you will provide assistance to clients and deliver critical services in information and referral. By assessing problems and employing solution-focused strategies, you will aid clients in formulating action plans tailored to their unique requirements in family, health, and social services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer satisfaction assessments through outbound communication
  • Deliver compassionate problem-solving and referral assistance
  • Guide clients in crafting actionable plans
  • Accurately document client interactions
  • Engage in training sessions and team meetings
  • Adhere to confidentiality regulations
