Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide expert technical assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in desktop support, preferably in a corporate setting, particularly in financial services or trading floor environments. This is a long-term, part-time contract role requiring 20 hours per week. The hourly pay rate is $23-$24.

Key qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or related fields, specifically in financial services
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Effective communication skills to work with management teams remotely
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance
  • Reliable communication
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
