Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator to manage front office operations effectively. This role involves providing essential support to patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a prerequisite.

Work Schedule:
This position requires full-time availability, with 30+ hours per week, including 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday and rotating Saturdays during business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage incoming calls, scheduling tasks, and online inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for each caller.
- Foster a professional and welcoming environment to enhance patient care and service quality.
- Anticipate provider needs and understand patient flow to facilitate seamless operations.
- Handle inventory management and supply stocking as needed.
- Participate in all training and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Previous healthcare experience is mandatory.
- Medical receptionist experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR software and patient scheduling systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
- Excellent customer service and patient relations skills are a must.
- Professionalism, reliability, and dedication are key attributes for this role.
- Experience in a dermatology or medical environment is preferred.
- Open availability for weekday and weekend shifts is necessary.
