Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator to join our Brighton Office. The Patient Coordinator is responsible for executing all front office operations and providing essential support to patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is mandatory.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring 30+ hours per week, with availability for 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, including rotating Saturdays during business hours from 7 AM to 7 PM. Flexibility to assist in a collaborative team environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage all incoming phone calls, scheduling tasks, and online inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for each caller.
- Foster a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service provided to patients and healthcare providers.
- Understand the flow of patient interactions and anticipate the needs of providers to ensure seamless service.
- Manage inventory and stock supplies and equipment as needed.
- Participate in all required training and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Required: Experience in healthcare settings.
- Preferred: Experience as a Medical Receptionist.
- Familiarity with EMR software and patient scheduling systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
- Excellent patient relations and customer service skills are a must.
- Professionalism, reliability, and dedication are key attributes.
- Prior experience in a dermatology or medical environment is preferred.
- Open availability for weekday and weekend shifts is required.
